Lemon Cream Pie
Lemon Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 3/4 c. scalded milk, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar, flour and cornstarch. Add hot milk and cook in double boiler for 20 minutes.
Add beaten egg yolks, juice of lemons and rind of one. Take from heat and add butter.
Fold in 1 egg white.
Make meringue with the other two whites and spread on pie. Bake in high oven.
