Mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup mixture.
Put remaining mixture into ungreased 13 x 7-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and creamy.
Put on top.
Put crumbly part on top and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
