Lemon Cream
Lemon Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 c. boiling water and 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine gelatin, sugar and salt; add boiling water.
Stir until dissolved; add lemonade.
Chill until partly set; fold in whipping cream.
Turn into 8 individual molds or one large mold. Chill until firm.
If desired, top each serving with a sprig of mint and a few raspberries or melon balls.
