Lemon Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 2 c. cool whip, 1 egg and powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cake mix, Cool Whip and egg.
Make into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
