Lemon Congealed Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) lemon jello, 2 cans small crushed pineapple, 1 medium cool whip, 2 c. cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix jello with 1 cup cold water and set aside.
Heat pineapple with 1/2 cup sugar and bring to a boil.
Mix with jello mixture. Chill until thickened.
Mix Cool Whip with grated cheese and mix with thickened jello and pineapple mixture.
