Bread and fry chicken.
Place in long baking dish.
In medium size bowl, mix together broth, butter, flour, lemon and seasonings. Pour over cutlets.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 3/4 of an hour, covered with foil.
Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
