Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. tarragon, 1/4 c. margarine and 1/3 c. lemon juice or chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Shake chicken in the flour, salt and tarragon.
Melt the margarine in baking dish. Coat chicken in margarine and arrange in dish.
Pour the lemon juice or chicken bouillon, chopped onion and garlic powder.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 400Β°.
