Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with chicken cutlets, cut in half and pounded thin, flour mixed with chicken broth powder, eggs, beaten, lemons and margarine (pareve), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oil.
Dip chicken in flour mixture, then in egg and brown in oil.
Set chicken in baking pan and put a thin slice of lemon on each piece.
Mix 1/4 pound stick of margarine, 1 MBT packet, juice of 1/2 lemon and parsley flakes.
Pour mixture over chicken and freeze.
