Lemon Chewies
Lemon Chewies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box duncan hines lemon cake mix, 1 egg, 2 c. cool whip and confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix cake mix and 1 egg in a large bowl.
After mixing well with a spoon, add 2 cups Cool Whip.
Mix this until well blended. It will be very hard to stir.
Drop teaspoon of dough at a time into confectioners sugar and make into a ball.
Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° until lightly brown on bottom, about 8 minutes.
