Lemon Chess Pie
Lemon Chess Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soft butter, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. cornmeal and juice and rind of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add cornmeal and blend well.
Add lemon juice and rind (at least 1/3 cup juice).
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
