👨🍳 Instructions
Combine sugar, flour and corn meal; toss lightly.
Add remaining ingredients in this: eggs, margarine, lemon rind, milk, lemon juice, lemon flavoring and salt.
Beat with mixer until smooth and thoroughly blended.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
Lower heat to 300°.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
