Lemon-Cheese Pound Cake
Lemon-Cheese Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. all vegetable shortening, softened, 1/2 c. oleo, softened, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 3 c. sugar and 4 tsp. lemon flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream together shortening, oleo, and cream cheese.
Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
Add lemon flavoring.
Fold in flour, reserving 1/4 cup.
Mix 1/4 cup flour with grated cheese and add to cake mixture.
Bake in a greased and floured tube pan.
Place in a cold oven.
Bake at 275Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Do not open oven door while cake is baking. Remove and cool for 10 minutes.
