Lemon Cheese Icing
Lemon Cheese Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 6 egg whites, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter and juice of 2 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream all ingredients with a spoon.
Pour into top of double boiler.
Cook on medium-high heat, stirring often.
The mixture will become quite thin at first.
Continue cooking until it thickens almost like custard, sufficient to frost a three layer cake.
Especially good on a white layer cake.
