Lemon Cheese Chiffon
Lemon Cheese Chiffon is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1 tbsp. sugar, 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. ice cubes and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine jello, sugar and boiling water in blender.
Cover and blend at low speed until jello is dissolved, about 1 minute.
Add ice and stir until partially melted.
Add cheese, cover and blend at high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into individual glasses or serving bowl.
Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
Top with canned pie filling or fresh or drained canned fruit, if desired.
