Lemon Cheese Cake
Lemon Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can pet milk, chilled overnight, 2 pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Bake graham cracker crust according to directions on package in 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
Whip cold milk until stiff.
In another large bowl, cream the cream cheese and sugar.
In small boiler, bring water to a boil and add Jell-O; stir well.
Add hot Jell-O mixture to cream cheese and sugar, stirring well.
Blend whipped cream into this mixture.
Pour over baked crust and sprinkle top with graham crumbs.
Keep in refrigerator.
