Lemon Cheese Bars
Lemon Cheese Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon pudding cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. oil, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix pudding cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan, then mix 1 egg, cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
Pour this mixture over baked cake and sprinkle with other half of cake mix. Bake 15 minutes more.
Cool and cut into squares.
