Lemon Cake
Lemon Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon supreme cake mix, 1 c. apricot nectar, 4 eggs, beaten to blend, 3/4 c. vegetable oil and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly grease Bundt or tube cake pan. Combine all ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer and beat for 2 minutes.
Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until tester inserted comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on rack 10 minutes.
Invert on serving platter.
