Lemon Cake
Lemon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon velvet cake mix, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. wesson oil, 3/4 c. hot water and 1 pkg. lemon jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Mix cake mix, eggs and oil.
Add jello mixture and beat at moderate speed for 3 minutes. Bake in 8 x 13-inch pan at 325° for Pyrex or 350° for aluminum foil for 30 minutes.
While baking, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Pierce cake top with fork and pour mixture over it. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
