Lemon Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 1 c. boiling water, 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Pour into two loaf pans.
