Lemon Bread
Lemon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lemon juice and rind, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and milk.
Mix well.
Add dry ingredients, lemon rind and nuts.
Beat well.
Pour into loaf pan that has been greased and lined on bottom of pan with wax paper (cut to make it fit).
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
