Lemon Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pet milk, 1 lemon, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 pkg. lemon jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve jello in 1 1/4 cups hot water.

Let cool.

Chill milk until crystals form around edge.

Beat until stiff.

Add juice and grated lemon rind; add sugar, salt, then jello and beat thoroughly. Crumble graham crackers and line bottom of 10 x 10 x 2-inch Pyrex dish with crumbs.

Pour on mixture and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.

Chill.

Serves 10 to 12.
