Lemon Bisque
Lemon Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can evaporated milk, 1 pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 1/4 c. boiling water, grated rind of 1 lemon and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil milk for five minutes in can in pan of water.
Chill overnight.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/4 cups boiling water and add sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind.
Beat milk until stiff and whip gelatin mixture into it.
