Lemon Berry Pie
Lemon Berry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. cream cheese, softened (microwave 15 to 20 seconds), 1 graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.), 1 tbsp. milk, 1 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. grated lemon peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in medium bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
Stir in lemon peel and juice.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the Cool Whip.
Spread evenly in bottom of crust. Press strawberry halves into cream cheese layer.
Save some strawberries for a garnish if you like.
