Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, 1 c. flour, 1/4 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Crust
Combine 1/2 cup margarine, 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
Cut fine with pastry blender.
Pour into a 9-inch square pan.
Press on bottom until spread flat all over.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
This should not be brown.
