Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, 2 eggs and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Blend flour, margarine and confectioners sugar.
Press evenly in 8 x 8-inch square pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Beat together 2 eggs, sugar, salt, lemon juice and flour.
Pour over baked crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes more until golden brown (lightly golden). Do not overbake.
Cool and cut into small bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
