Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft butter or margarine, 2 c. flour, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 c. granulated sugar and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix butter, 2 cups flour and powdered sugar.
Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Sift granulated sugar, 4 tablespoons flour and baking powder.
Add eggs and lemon juice.
Spread over crust.
Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
Frost with powdered sugar frosting using lemon juice instead of water.
