Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. oil, 8 oz. cream cheese and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix cake mix, 1 egg, oil and 2 tablespoons of water by hand. Mixture will be stiff and slightly crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup of mixture and pat remainder in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake crust at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
