Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat butter on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.
Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until well mixed.
Beat in 1 cup of flour until crumbly. press mixture in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 325° for 14 to 18 minutes (until golden).
Beat eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, lemon zest, lemon juice and baking powder for 2 minutes.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 325° for 22 to 25 minutes until golden around edges and center is set.
Cool on wire rack.
Sift powdered sugar and cut into 20 bars.
