Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. plus 3 tbsp. unsifted flour, 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 3/4 c. cold margarine, 1/2 c. realemon juice (from concentrate) and 4 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and confectioners sugar.
Cut in margarine until crumbly. Press into bottom of slightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, baking powder and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Pour over crust.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into bars.
Store covered in refrigerator.
Serve at room temperature.
