Leftover Chicken & Potato Bake
Leftover Chicken & Potato Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium potato, peeled and sliced, chicken or turkey hand full bite sized pieces, cooked, 1/2 medium onion, sliced, 1/2 can cream of celery soup (or whatever cream style soup you have) and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In oven baking dish arrange layers of potatoes, chicken and onions.
Mix together soup and milk in small bowl.
Pour over top of layers.
Cover.
Bake for 40 minutes or till potatoes are fork tender.

1 to 2 servings.
