Lefsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 c. water, 9 c. instant potatoes, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 sticks margarine and 3 c. powdered milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil water and margarine.
Add everything else.
Spread in a cake pan; cool.
Take 1/3 of the mixture and mix with 1 1/4 cups of flour.
Form into a log.
Cut into 16 pieces; roll out thin. Cook on a hot griddle until lightly brown on both sides.
Store in a damp towel.
Refrigerate or freeze.
