Leeks and Bacon
Leeks And Bacon is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium leeks, 1 1/2 pt. cheese sauce, 4 rashers of bacon and a little grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Clean the leeks thoroughly as they can be gritty.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and drain.
Wrap a rasher of bacon round each leek.
