Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously.
Add the next 3 ingredients.
Stir until smooth.
Mix the vanilla, eggs, baking soda and buttermilk and add to mixture.
Mix and pour into greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
