Lean Chocolate Brownies
Lean Chocolate Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. light corn oil spread, 1/2 c. cocoa, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/2 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Spray 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In pot, over low heat, melt spread.
Add sugar and blend well.
Remove from heat, stir in cocoa and vanilla.
Add egg substitute and stir to blend.
Stir in flour and nuts.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan.
Cool in pan.
Sprinkle top of brownies with powdered sugar.
