Lazy Day Salad
A no-cook fruit salad layering pineapple, mandarins, and cherries with vanilla pudding and whipped topping. Coconut and walnuts add tropical crunch.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine the pineapple (with liquid) and vanilla pudding mix in a deep bowl.
Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup of coconut, 1/4 cup of walnuts and all cherries.
Mix and sprinkle top with remaining coconut and walnuts.
Garnish with cherries.
Chill and serve.
