Lazy Daisy Oatmeal Cake
Lazy Daisy Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 c. oats, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Pour boiling water over oats; cover and let stand 20 minutes. Beat butter until creamy; gradually add sugars and beat until fluffy.
Blend in vanilla and eggs; add flour and other ingredients.
Also, add oat mixture.
Mix well and pour batter into well greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
Do not remove from pan.
