Lazy Chicken Cordon Bleu
Lazy Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken legs, skinned and cooked, 1/2 lb. sliced ham, cut in strips, 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Remove bones and cut chicken into bite size pieces.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, place chicken on bottom with ham on top. Sprinkle some cheese on top.
Mix together soup, water, onion and parsley.
Pour soup mix over chicken, ham and cheese.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until bubbly and golden brown. Goes well with boiled potatoes, green beans and salad.
