Layered Strawberry Jello
Layered Strawberry Jello is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 ripe bananas, diced and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine boiling water and Jell-O.
When dissolved, add thawed strawberries.
Add pineapple and bananas.
Pour 1/2 of contents into 8 x 8-inch dish.
Refrigerate for 30 or 45 minutes.
When firm, spread sour cream on top.
Add remaining contents on top of sour cream and refrigerate.
