Layered Spinach Salad
Layered Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1.5 lb. spinach, 6 large eggs, boiled and diced, 1 (4 oz.) jar real bacon bits, 1 chopped red onion and 10 oz. frozen peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Rinse and shred spinach leaves.
Put half in the bottom of serving bowl.
Layer eggs, bacon, onion and peas.
Mix mayonnaise, salad dressing, vinegar and black pepper to make dressing.
Spread dressing over peas.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese over dressing and cover with remaining spinach.
Chill overnight and serve without mixing.
