Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with large head lettuce, small onion, chopped, bell pepper, chopped, celery, chopped and boiled eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Layer lettuce, onion, bell pepper, celery, 6 chopped boiled eggs, 1/2 bacon bits and 1/2 cheese in large casserole dish, add on top frozen peas.
Mix mayonnaise and sugar.
Pour over top of peas, spread to make smooth.
Slice remaining eggs, lay on top, spread remaining cheese and bacon bits.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
The longer it sits, the better.
You can use low-fat shredded cheese and low-fat bacon bits and the flavor will not be effected.
