Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with lettuce, cauliflower, purple onion, parmesan cheese and c. hellmann's mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Shred lettuce in a bowl; cut cauliflower into pieces and place over lettuce.
Cut onion in thin ringlets and place over cauliflower.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over onion.
Spread a layer of mayonnaise over mixture.
Sprinkle sugar, salt and pepper over mayonnaise; top with crumbled bacon and cover.
Make 24 hours ahead and toss salad before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
