Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 c. chopped onion, 3 celery stalks, sliced and 1 c. frozen peas, thawed in hot water and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Prepare salad.
Shred lettuce and place in bottom of large glass bowl.
Then layer green pepper, onion, celery and peas. Spread with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cut tomatoes into cubes and arrange on salad.
Pour on Italian dressing.
Fry bacon and crumble on top of tomatoes.
Garnish with boiled eggs and black olives.
