Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with lettuce, carrots, grated, small can lesueur peas, drained, purple onion, sliced thinly and c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In 9 x 13-inch dish or trifle bowl, break lettuce into bite size pieces.
Put grated carrots on top.
Pour drained peas next, then onion slices.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sugar and spread on top of onions.
Sprinkle cheese on, then add bacon pieces.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
