Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 1 head cauliflower, 1 lb. bacon, 2 red onions or 10 green onions and 1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fry, drain and crumble bacon.
Wash and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
Place ingredients in layers beginning with lettuce.
Do not toss.
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
Toss to serve.
Do not cut lettuce or it will turn brown.
