Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 to 3/4 head lettuce, cut up, 1 small bell pepper, chopped, 1 small can english peas, drained, 5 stalks celery, chopped and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix celery, pepper, onion and English peas.
Stack layer of lettuce, then layer of mixture, etc.
Add the sugar to the mayonnaise; smear on top.
Sprinkle the Parmesan or grated cheese over top.
Sprinkle the bacon bits on top.
