Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with spinach, salt, pepper, 1 lb. cooked bacon and 4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced or diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place one layer, in a Pyrex dish, of spinach, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Crumble on bacon.
Next, add eggs.
Place on a layer of lettuce, salt and pepper to taste.
Add peas, then onions.
Cover with mayonnaise, seal at edge with mayonnaise.
Top with cheese.
Cover tightly with Saran Wrap and refrigerate several hours.
