Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, shredded, 1/2 c. sliced green onion, 1 c. thinly sliced celery, 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place lettuce in shallow dish.
Top with onion, celery and water chestnuts.
Cover with a layer of frozen peas, followed by a layer of mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with sugar, Parmesan, salt and garlic.
Cover and chill 24 hours.
At serving time top with boiled eggs and bacon.
