Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 head torn iceberg lettuce, fresh spinach, washed (same amount as lettuce), 1/2 red onion, sliced, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and 1/3 cup chopped green peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Start with spinach and layer first four ingredients.
Add enough mayonnaise to seal, approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup.
Add Swiss cheese, bacon and eggs.
Cover and chill overnight.
