Layered Potato Salad
Layered Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cans sliced new potatoes, drained well, 1 large carton cottage cheese, 1 pt. real mayonnaise, 1 onion, chopped and 8 eggs, boiled and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Layer 1/2 potatoes in a large bowl.
Sprinkle with 1/2 onion and 1/2 eggs.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil if desired.
Blend cottage cheese and mayonnaise together and spread 1/2 over above layers; sprinkle with 1/2 the dry dressing mix and lemon pepper to taste.
(Be generous with the lemon pepper.)
Repeat layers.
Let set overnight to develop flavors.
