Layered Pecan Pie
Layered Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine the first 3 ingredients; beat until smooth.
Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla, beating until combined.
Spoon into pastry shell.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Combine 3 eggs, corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat well and pour over pecans.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set.
Yields one 9-inch pie.
